1. Health and Preparation

Before any shipment, our licensed veterinarian conducts a comprehensive health examination of your puppy. This includes a thorough physical check and a fecal test to ensure the puppy is free from worms and parasites. Only puppies that meet our strict health standards are approved for travel.

All puppies are up-to-date on vaccinations and receive a health certificate issued by our veterinarian, complying with airline and international pet travel regulations. We ship exclusively via airlines that implement a Pet Safety Program, ensuring your puppy’s safety in pressurized, climate-controlled compartments specifically designated for pets.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Once your payment is complete, we promptly book the flight for your puppy. You will receive a detailed itinerary via email, which includes all flight details, scheduled pick-up and delivery times, tracking numbers, and contact information for the courier or airline handling your puppy’s journey.

On the day of departure, our team prepares your puppy for travel by ensuring he/she is comfortable and calm. The puppy is then transported to the airport by our trusted courier or airline service, where all necessary paperwork is completed, and your puppy is checked in for their flight.

3. Real-Time Tracking and Communication

Throughout your puppy’s journey, we keep you informed with step-by-step updates. You will receive tracking information to monitor your puppy’s flight status online. Our team remains available to answer any questions and provide reassurance until your puppy arrives safely at your designated location.

4. Arrival and Delivery

Upon arrival, your puppy is carefully transferred into a clean, airline-approved travel crate equipped with absorbent bedding, food and water dishes, and a familiar blanket with sibling scent to reduce stress. If you opted for personal hand delivery, a dedicated team member will escort your puppy from the airport directly to you, ensuring comfort and safety throughout.

For non-local deliveries, we offer two options:

• Standard Puppy Shipping: We ship your puppy to most major airports in the US. Shipping depends on destination (per puppy). This fee covers airline costs, travel crate, health certificate, and handling.
• Personal Puppy Hand Delivery: Our representative personally escorts your puppy from our facility to your doorstep, providing peace of mind and direct supervision.

5. Post-Delivery Care

Upon receiving your puppy, we advise you to schedule a veterinary check-up within the first 7 days to ensure your puppy’s health and well-being. Please avoid administering any vaccines within the first 14 days of arrival, as your puppy is already current on vaccinations before departure. This initial period allows your puppy to adjust and reduces stress.
